Terms of Service

LuxeNova Capital Concierge provides business consulting, structuring, and funding assistance services including but not limited to:

• Business entity formation guidance (LLC, Corporation)
• EIN registration assistance and compliance setup
• Business credit profile foundation and building strategies
• Funding eligibility assessment and lender matching
• Business loan and funding application support
• Tax preparation consultation and document review
• Business structuring and fundability optimization

Important: LuxeNova Capital Concierge is a consulting and advisory firm. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed financial institution. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee funding approval or specific business outcomes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize LuxeNova Capital Concierge to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

• Business Structuring: $1,500 — due in full at time of purchase
• Business Funding Assistance: $997 — due in full at time of purchase
• Structure + Funding Bundle: $3,500 full payment, or $1,500 deposit with remaining balance due before service completion

Deposit clients must remit the remaining balance within 30 days of deposit payment or prior to delivery of final deliverables, whichever comes first. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in suspension of services.

Due to the nature of our consulting and advisory services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer the following refund considerations:

• Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund if no services have been initiated
• After service initiation: Partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion based on work completed
• After service completion: No refunds will be issued

To request a refund, contact us at info@luxenovacapitalconcierge.com within the applicable timeframe. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

To receive the full benefit of our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the assessment and onboarding process
• Submit required documents in a timely manner (within 5 business days of request)
• Respond to communications from our team within 3 business days
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary strategies or materials provided
• Understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed

All content, materials, guides, worksheets, templates, and resources provided by LuxeNova Capital Concierge are proprietary and protected by copyright. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for their own business purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

LuxeNova Capital Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee: (a) approval of any business loan or funding application; (b) specific credit score improvements; (c) formation of any specific business entity; or (d) any particular business outcome. Results depend on individual circumstances, third-party decisions, and factors outside our control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
